Shipping and Payment
We offer Free Worldwide Standard Tracked Shipping.
Express shipping is only offered within Australia for $9.95 AUD.
Australian Orders:

  • Standard Delivery Time is 2-5 business days.
  • Express Delivery Time is 1-3 business days.

International Orders:

  • Standard Delivery Time is 6-15 business days.

These delivery times are only estimates. Additional customs fees may be applicable for international deliveries. These are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the laws with their local customs authority regarding the importation of teeth whitening products for individual use.
Note: Shipping times may be longer during periods of high demand (competitions and giveaways).


Refunds
Juicy Lip Co offers a 7-day exchange back guarantee if the item is deemed defective. Item must be returned in its original state (partial returns not accepted). It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any shipping costs (and transit costs if applicable). No refunds are applicable.
There are no refunds on promotional products unless the item is deemed to be faulty. If this is the case, we will happily exchange your product.
You are required to email Support@juicylipco.com if any item needs to be returned. Write “Return” in the subject line and specify the problem.

Juicylipco.com is solely an online store for lip plumping products.
We recommend using our lip plumping system once per day on level 1 (30-60 seconds) for the first 7 days. Juicy Lip Co is not responsible for any adverse effects which may occur from exceeding these recommendations. Do not use the product if you have dry lips, small cuts and or a colesaw. Your physician or healthcare practitioner should be consulted if you have any medical questions regarding the use of our product. By law, we are unable to provide medical advice. The degree of lip plumping will vary for every patient, depending on duration in which system is used, structure of lips, and the number of applications. Juicy Lip Co products should not be used if you are pregnant, under the age of 13, have very sensitive lips, skin conditions or are prone to bruising
It is the responsibility of the user to check all ingredients of any product prior to application to ensure you are not allergic to any ingredients. Ingredients are found in the user manual of the Juicy Lip co System.
